Senior Administrator

We are currently seeking a self motivated and experienced administrative professional to join our Sharp Direct team located in Fyshwick.

As Senior Administrator your primary objective is the coordination of all accounting, inventory, service and administrative activities within the branch.

Key Responsibilities Include:
·  Maintain stock control at Branch level
·  Control Sales Order and Invoice Processing
·  Management of Debtors Ledger/Collections
·  Coordination of Facilities Maintenance
·  Monitor Technician Daily Activities in Jobtrack

To ensure success in this role you will require minimum 4-5 years administrative experience in a similar role and sound knowledge/exposure to the logistics operation. You will also require exceptional communication, organizational and time management skills. Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills are essential.

Channel Sales Manager, Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced and confident sales professional to join our team.  This position is based in Melbourne and has direct responsibility for the specialist sales channels in VIC and SA.   The portfolio of products includes: Air Purifier, LCD TV, Projector with a focus on Information Display Panel & Integrated Whiteboard.

If you have a strong passion for sales and proven experience managing a specialist channel this is the job for you. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Achievement of Sales Budget
  • Analysis and Monitoring of Monthly Sales Targets / Results
  • Monitor market trends, competitive position & initiate corrective action
  • Identify & target new sales opportunities
  • Regular review and contact with authorised re-sellers to ensure adequate representation
  • Communication of objectives and strategies for new products to the specialist sales channel
  • Initiate and control product training
  • Establish & maintain routine call cycle

Candidates will ideally have 4-5 years experience in a State Sales role within a multinational company.

To ensure success in this role you will require exceptional communication, analytical and time management skills. You will also be a result driven & flexible individual prepared to undertake regular interstate travel. Intermediate to Advanced MS Office is essential.
