I am proud to be one of the original team members of the Sharp NSW Branch since its’ opening in 1999.  I am best described as a friendly, easy going, confident yet approachable individual, I could go on with more wonderful traits but better not!  In my position, I need to have strong leadership, delegation and motivational skills.  My Key responsibilities include the coordination of installations for new multifunction units, allocation of IT related jobs to the Digital Field Engineers and providing them with the support to ensure quick customer response times.   I am also responsible for the provision of IT support and extensive operator training to our customers.  What I enjoy most about working at Sharp is the strong working relationship with my team and the comfortable and supportive working environment.  I believe that Sharp provides their employees with a variety of excellent training opportunities.

Jennie
Product Manager, Copier
Marketing

In comparison to some of my work colleagues, 5 years service seems like a relatively short time, but during this time I have had an extremely exciting and challenging ride adapting into various key roles. My current role as the Copier Product Manager consists of handling all marketing activities for the product group. From advertising, to implementing sales promotions, as well as product planning activities such as forecasting, product distribution, inventory monitoring, and the list goes on.  The key attributes required within my department are “adaptability and creativity”.  Sharp continue to provide me with a strong training ground and excellent opportunities to advance within the organisation.
