The flat bed cavity design allows for easy cleaning – residual water can be easily wiped away while the handy removable drip tray means that there is no spills. The built in controls allow you to drain the water, de-scale, set water hardness and with an integrated water reservoir it’s simple to fill up each time you cook with steam.

Other features include the option to personalise your cooking with the handy ‘More or Less’ function, adjusting the temperature to create dishes how you like them. Pre-programmed function times can also be increased easily, even while it’s running. There is also a useful built-in timer for some added help in the kitchen.

Sharp has supplied accessories including two steel steam trays as well as a handy glass tray, which can also be used with the rack for wonderful grill results.
