  • Is this Promotion available for all retailers?
  • Only for Participating retailers

  • Who are the participating retailers?
  • Participating retailers are identified by the presence of promotional material for this gift offer at the point of sale (shop), or in advertising material (such as press, TV or catalogue)

  • What does the $25 shipping and handling fee cover and how do I pay it?
  • The fee of $25 covers the cost associated in processing, validating and shipping the gift. It is paid via Credit card at the time of online registration of the claim.

  • What do I have to do after completing the online registration form?
  • Print out a copy of the completed claim, attach a legible photocopy of your purchase receipt or docket and send it to "Be Sharp Be Elite" Gift offer, Locked bag 90, North Ryde NSW 1670 for validation

  • How long do I have to wait before receiving my gift?
  • Please allow 30 days after the copy of the purchase receipt and the completed claim form has been received by the promoter

  • Are multiple claims per individual permitted?
  • Yes, subject to only 1 claim per specified product purchase, and each claim must be submitted separately and in accordance with claim requirements

  • If I have multiple claims, do I have to pay $25 for each claim?
  • Yes, $25 Shipping and handling fee applies to each claim you register.

  • Are we honouring backorders?
  • Yes, providing the consumer has paid in full for the specified product during the promotional period.
