Developed with the Health conscious in mind, these recipes offer consumers a low fat meal alternative with less than 11g of fat per serve.

Choose from eight delicious recipes for a healthy meal solution all pre-programmed for your added convenience.

    • Express Defrost-Select from 3 menus for super fast defrosting. 
    • Express Meal- Choose from 9 popular recipes. Each recipe takes under 30 minutes to cook. All the ingredients are placed in the one dish at the same time and cooked all together. Choose from risotto, pasta and casseroles.
    • Express Cook- Express cook allows you to cook roasts from chilled or frozen. Choose from Roast Beef, Roast Lamb & Roast Chicken.
  • Convenience Meals-The convenience meal keys have been pre-programmed into the oven to cook a variety of frozen foods quickly and easily. Simply follow the manufacturer preparation procedures and the oven will compute the cook time and power level. Meals include lasagne, frozen dinners, and Lean Cuisine.
  • Instant Cook- Press the Instant Cook button to start cooking or reheating your food immediately for one minute at high power.
  • High Power 1200W and Generous capacity- The 1200W microwave output power cooks fresh and frozen food efficiently and easily, the generous capacity is perfect for family size meals. The 320mm turntable makes it easier to place and heat large items.
  • 5 Power Levels- To suit all types of cooking needs. HIGH (100%), MEDIUM HIGH (70%), MEDIUM (50%), MEDIUM LOW/DEFROST (30%) and LOW (10%).
  • Child Lock- If the oven is accidentally started with nothing in the cavity, the life of the oven can be reduced. A "Child Lock" feature, which deactivates the control panel, eliminating this.
  • Easy Defrost- For true convenience in defrosting, simply enter the weight of the frozen food and leave the rest to the oven.  
  • More / Less Setting of pre-programmed cooking menus to suit your tastes.

This Sharp product is warranted against faults in material and manufacture for the period as stated in the table below.

If service is required during the warranty period, please contact your nearest Sharp Approved Service Centre. These repairs would be carried out at no charge to the owner, subject to the conditions specified herein.

This warranty does not extend to defects or injuries caused by or resulting from causes not attributable to faulty parts or the manufacture of the product, including but not limited to, defect or injury caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, accidental damage, improper voltage, liquid spillage, vermin infestation,
software, or any alterations made to the product which are not authorised by Sharp.

Please retain your sales documentation, as this should be produced to validate a warranty claim. This warranty is in addition to and in no way limits, varies or excludes any implied rights and remedies under any relevant legislation in the country of sale.

This warranty does not cover transportation to and from the Sharp Approved Service Centre. Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods. The repair of your goods may result in the loss of user generated data, please ensure that you have saved this data elsewhere prior to repair.

Australian customers: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
