The XE-A213 electronic cash register (ECR), an ideal cash register for small restaurants and cafes, offers a wide array of features designed to make your business run smoothly. The new "drop-in" paper loading system ensures that your customers don't have to wait long when the paper roll runs out, while the clear alpha operator display and numeric customer displays help ensure the accuracy of each transaction.   • Thermal printer with drop-in paper loading.
    Featuring thermal printing technology, the XE-A213 quietly prints out sales receipts at a speedy rate of about 12 lines a second. Plus, the Drop-in Paper Loading mechanism allows you to exchange paper rolls quickly and easily.
     
  • Clear display for user-friendly operation.
    The XE-A213's single line operator display shows up to 16 alpha- numeric items in an easy-to-understand fashion. The easy to read 7 digit customer display ensures customer confidence.
     
  • Quick and accurate Pricing.
    Equipped with a maximum of 1,200 PLUs (price look-ups, the XE-A213 makes entering pricing information a snap. The XE-A213 also has a total of 99 departments, allowing you to easily track and analyse transactions by product type. The XE-A213 has a PLU Level Shift function that lets you use 2 or 3 PLUs with a single direct PLU key. This means you can double or triple the number of direct PLUs keys on the ECR without adding extra direct PLU keys. 50 GLUs (guest look-ups) are also provided to allow recall of previous balances and subsequent reorder entries for restaurant customers.
     
  • Electronic journal.
    The XE-A213 features an Electronic Journal function that can store transaction data electronically, thus helping to conserve paper and reduce costs. You can also print out the data if needed.
     
  • High-capacity metal cash drawer.
    The XE-A213's space-efficient cash drawer takes up minimal counter space yet generously provides five bill and eight coin compartments. When not in use, the ruggedly built drawer can be locked shut, keeping your money safe.

Business Products Warranty Statement

 

This Sharp product is warranted against faults in material and manufacture for the period as stated in the table below. In the event of any defect arising in the equipment during the warranty period, such repairs should only be carried out by the Dealer from which the unit was originally purchased or a Service Centre approved by Sharp to service this type of equipment. These repairs would be carried out at no charge to the owner, subject to the conditions specified herein.

The owner is responsible for any transportation and insurance costs if the product has to be returned for repair. This warranty does not extend to accessories or defects or injuries caused by or resulting from causes not attributable to faulty parts or the manufacture of the product, including but not limited to, defect or injury caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper voltage, liquid spillage, vermin infestation, software, use of consumables other than those approved by Sharp or any alterations made to the product which are not authorised by Sharp.

Please retain your sales documentation, as this should be produced to validate a warranty claim. This warranty is in addition to and in no way limits, varies or excludes any express and implied rights and remedies under any relevant legislation in the country of sale. However to the extent permitted by such legislation. Sharp excludes any liability for any indirect or consequential damage arising from the purchase or use of the product. To the extent permitted by law, Sharp excludes all implied warranties and conditions and where the product is one that is not normally required for personal, domestic or household use. Sharp limits its liability to repair or replacement (at Sharp's option) of materials or workmanship which are found by Sharp to be defective.
