Grilled Tuna Steaks


2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh coriander, chopped

4 tuna steaks (approximately 200-250g each and 1-2cm thick)

Step by step

  • In a small bowl combine the soy sauce, mustard, oil and coriander.
  • Place tuna steaks in a shallow casserole dish and add the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  • PREHEAT GRILL. Set mix time for 16 minutes.
  • Place tuna steaks on the LOW RACK. Cook for 12-16 minutes on GRILL, turning over halfway through.
