Halloween Chocolate Bark

Serves: approximately 12 pieces

Milk Chocolate

Ingredients:

-  250g milk chocolate

-  Handful of  mixed lollies and chocolates

Step by step:

1)  Line a baking tray with baking paper.

2)  Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl using the MELT CHOCOLATE auto menu. Alternatively melt the chocolate for 2 minutes at 500W. Stir the chocolate half way to ensure that it melts evenly.

3)  Once the chocolate is melted and smooth spread it thinly on the baking paper. Working quickly, sprinkle with the toppings.

4)  Allow to set in the refrigerator before cutting into irregularly shaped pieces.

5)  Store in a container in the refrigerator.

Cookies and Cream

Ingredients: 

-  250g white chocolate

-  70g chocolate biscuits, crushed

Step by step:

1)  Line a baking tray with baking paper.

2)  Melt the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl using the MELT CHOCOLATE auto menu. Alternatively melt the chocolate for 2 minutes at 500W. Stir the chocolate halfway to ensure that it melts evenly.

3)  Once the white chocolate is melted and smooth sprinkle in the crushed chocolate biscuits. Spread the chocolate mixture thinly on the baking paper.

4)  Allow to set in the refrigerator before cutting into irregular shaped pieces.

5)  Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. 

NOTE: You can colour the white chocolate with powdered food colouring
