Honey Lemon Chicken


2 teaspoons lemon juice

3 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 clove garlic, crushed

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

4 chicken breasts (approximately 200-250g each)

Step by step

  • In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, honey, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
  • Place the chicken in a shallow casserole dish and add the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Place on the LOW RACK. Cook for 20-22 minutes on HIGH MIX 200˚C, turning over halfway through.
