Marinated Grilled Salmon


1/3 cup lemon juice

2 teaspoons soy sauce

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon dried parsley

½ teaspoon dried oregano

2 garlic cloves, crushed

Salt and pepper to taste

4 salmon fillets (approximately 200-250g each)

Step by step

  • In a small bowl combine lemon juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Place salmon in a shallow casserole dish and add the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  • PREHEAT GRILL. Set time for 20 minutes.
  • Place salmon fillets skin side down on the high rack. Cook for 15-20 minutes on GRILL, turning over halfway through.
