Marinated Snapper


2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon fresh finger, grated

1 tablespoon fresh coriander, chopped

2 fresh birds eye chillies, seeds removed, finely chopped

500g whole snapper, cleaned

Step by step

  • In a small bowl combine soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, ginger, coriander and chillies.
  • Place snapper in a shallow casserole dish and add the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  • PREHEAT GRILL. Set time for 20 minutes.
  • Place fish on the high rack. Cook for 15-18 minutes on GRILL, turning over halfway through.
