Rosemary and Garlic Roast lamb


3 garlic cloves, halved

1.5kg leg lamb

2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

¼ teaspoons salt

Oil to brush

Step by step

  • PREHAT OVEN 200˚C.
  • Cut six shallow slits into one side of the lamb. Press one piece of garlic into each slit.
  • Lightly brush the lamb with oil, coating evenly. Rub rosemary into the surface of the lamb. Season with salt.
  • Place lamb fat side down on the low rack. Cooking for 40-45 minutes on HIGH MIX 200˚C, rotating halfway through.
