Turmeric and Ginger Spiced Almonds

Ingredients:

1 1/4 Cups almonds
1/2 Teaspoon turmeric
1 Teaspoon ginger
1 Teaspoon coconut oil
Method:
  1. Coat almonds in ginger, turmeric and coconut oil.
  2. Toast in the microwave for 4 - 5 minutes. Toss the almonds every 1 minute to ensure even toasting.
  3. Allow to cool before serving.
