
Turmeric and Ginger Spiced Almonds
Ingredients:
1 1/4 Cups almonds
1/2 Teaspoon turmeric
1 Teaspoon ginger
1 Teaspoon coconut oil
1 1/4 Cups almonds
1/2 Teaspoon turmeric
1 Teaspoon ginger
1 Teaspoon coconut oil
Method:
- Coat almonds in ginger, turmeric and coconut oil.
- Toast in the microwave for 4 - 5 minutes. Toss the almonds every 1 minute to ensure even toasting.
- Allow to cool before serving.
