Put your clothes on the super cycle with Sharp Australia’s first washing machine

You’ll never want to take your washing over to Mum’s place again with the release of Sharp Australia’s first washing machine, the ESV80HA. Featuring a super rapid washi –the 8kg Front Load Washing Machine is perfect for the time poor, the eco conscious or those who just dislike spending hours on the washing.

Sharp’s front loader is not only quick, it’s powerful. The unit’s TwinJet system allows you to wash a larger amount of clothes in a shorter time – using surprisingly little energy and water. The system circulates detergent water through the wash via two nozzles and a recirculation system, delivering improved machine performance.

The Sharp ESV80HA is packed with other eco efficiencies. An eco-logic half-load detection system detects when half a load or less is being washed, and when active, will complete certain programs in a shorter time".

Mark Beard, National Marketing Manager for Sharp Corporation of Australia said the new washing machine was designed with the busy and eco conscious consumer in mind.

“Sharp wanted to deliver a powerful performing washing machine that combined flexible washing functions, time saving programs and ecological efficient options,” Beard said.

The Sharp washing machine features 14 flexible washing programs including a delay timer that puts the wash on delay from 30 minutes up to 23 hours, a pre-wash cycle for very soiled clothes, easy ironing function that assures a less wrinkled finish and a variable spin speed option up to 1400 rpm, to suit your washing cycle.

The Sharp ESV80HA, ((H) 845 x (W) 597 x (D) 587 mm), RRP $759.00 AUD, is currently available at Masters Home Improvements and other electrical retailers. For further product information and full specifications visit or call 1300 135 530. For high resolution images visit
